The Q50R Carbon Fibre Power Chair is the perfect blend of style, performance, and practicality. Featuring a lightweight carbon fibre frame, this power chair is designed for easy portability while maintaining strength and durability. It offers a smooth ride with 165 mm castor wheels and 210 mm drive wheels, making it perfect for navigating various terrains.

With a maximum range of 12 km on a single battery and up to 24 km with an additional battery, the Q50R provides reliable performance for longer trips. The chair reaches a top speed of 6 km/h, ensuring efficient mobility. It also boasts ergonomic seating, including a 440 mm wide seat, a 420 mm deep seat, and a 464 mm backrest height, ensuring comfort during extended use.

Compact in size, the Q50R measures 570 mm in width and 923 mm in length, allowing it to navigate tight spaces with ease. It features an easy-to-remove lithium-ion battery and can tackle kerbs up to 40 mm high.     Complaints Procedure

    When feedback or a complaint is received, it will be handled by a designated manager.

    The process includes:

    • Acknowledging receipt of your complaint within 2 business days

    • Contacting you if additional information is required

    • Explaining the process for investigating and resolving the issue

    • Keeping you informed of progress until the matter is resolved

    All feedback and complaints are handled confidentially and in accordance with NDIS guidelines.
